The playlist is about 10 hours long, I think it was on for about six. This was for playing through the reception. Please post your wedding playlist to Spotify or just a list here, since Spotify doesn't have all the good stuff we do. I'm just glad it arrived in time for me to add it to my wedding reception playlist on Saturday. I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this. So, might we possibly look at a release of the original Morricone recordings coupled with the original Carpenter bits? No re-recordings? They’re nothing - I’m telling you, it’s incidental.' It will be re-released next year with these additional pieces on it. There’s an album out with his music on it. 'No, I never did that, but I have to confess that the final version of The Thing, there are a couple of incidental mood pieces that are done by somebody other than Ennio. What particularily caught my eye was this: Would have been neat if he would've figured out how to adapt Walker's Memoirs score, as he did cover The Thing and Starman. I'm not nuts about the fact that I spent an extra ten dollars on it at my local store versus ordering it online, and the 4 tracks previously released were the clear highlights (I do like Christine and the Vampires track, actually), but it's well done for what it is. The one star reviews are baffling, to say the least. The album sounds really good to me, with a great synth bass tone. It's as though some people were jealous of Carpenter's success and tried to drag him down.
